The final phase of three impressive Canderel Stoneridge condominiums surrounding College Park, Aura is set to become Canada’s largest residential tower. Working with City of Toronto Planning, Parks and Forestry and the Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area (BIA), all aspects of the project have been designed and coordinated to reflect the significance of this project.  

Integrated with the dense urban fabric at Yonge and Gerrard Streets, the streetscape and ground floor landscape is influenced by and connected to the adjacent park and open space.
