The 1913 Printing Factory façade of Rolph-Clark Stone Limited has been carefully preserved and restored as part of the Beaver Brook Homes condominium project. Driving by the Leslieville location, the historic façade and proposed streetscape will look virtually as it did in the early 1900’s. But, behind the historic façade is a distinctly contemporary condo development, featuring rear yard patios accessed by large common courtyards. The modern finishes of the architecture are complemented by a robust planting and ground plane mosaic.
