Harding Park is a unique project undergoing multi-phased construction responding to joint mandates from the Toronto Region Conservation Authority and the Town of Richmond Hill.

The open space / storm water management lands noted as a demonstration project in “Forty Steps to a New Don Report” responded to the priority of improving water quality and terrestrial habitat, while the adjacent parklands was redeveloped by the Town to include a senior baseball diamond, playground facilities and walking trails.
