Woodbridge Expansion Area was the first “Block Plan” strategy implemented in the City and an important step in the evolution of community planning in Vaughan. With more then 4000 new residents, our role as prime landscape architects allowed us a unique opportunity to form a cohesive community identity and open space strategy. Responsible for Urban Design Landscape Guidelines, Masterplan, and implementation, Cosburn Nauboris was recognized with an Urban Design Award of Merit in 2009 for its outstanding contribution.
