Working closely with the City of Vaughan, Toronto Regional Conservation Authority, and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Cosburn Nauboris has been a key player in developing the Landscape Masterplan and Urban Design Landscape Guidelines for this a block planned community. Through on-going phased implementation the office has been responsible for construction administration of streetscape treatments for 2650 residential units, restoration plans for nine stormwater management ponds, six pedestrian crossings along with greenway plantings and trail / lookout connections.
